Food ingredients:

Wild caught baby octopus 4oz 140 cals , Whole wheat Spaghetti 70g 239 cals, Cold pressed Coconut oil 5ml 40 cals, Parsley flakes (optional), Strawberries 100g, 32 cals


Cooking tips:

1. Put spaghetti into plenty of boiling water for 7 minutes.

2. Boil baby octopus for 3-4 minutes.

3. Add coconut oil (helps to burn body fat), sea salt(or your favorite pasta sauce) and parsley flakes to mix with spaghetti and baby octopus.
