TEA TIME

Chinese style afternoon tea

Pleasantly surprised I found these dainty Chinese mochi box and panda buns at T&T super market. Each piece of mochi has different stuffing and flavour. I prefer the peanut mochi that tastes a bit salty, and the plum blossom which stuffed with lightly sweetened lotus seed paste. This is my first time having Chinese style afternoon tea at home, and it’s a perfect way to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year!
