Detroit – The Inn

The historic inn was one of the highlights of our trip, which was situated in midtown Detroit. It offered a tranquil lodging amongst the hustle and bustle of the city.

The gorgeous craftsmanship suited its Victorian home style. There was no elevator in the building, you would need climbing stairs and walking on the hardwood floor. Each guestroom had its unique color scheme and furniture.  Our room was small, yet tastefully decorated with Victorian style furnishings and delicately patterned fabrics.  I loved reading and having a healthy nutritional breakfast in the morning, which felt like being at home.
