Caution: Please read the following information carefully before placing your orders.
-The lip balm is handmade, and there may be minor scratches or imperfections on the surface due to the molds.
-A frosty “white film” (wax bloom) may appear on lip balm due to low temperature (usually under 25c). The natural oil in the lip balm separates and re-solidifies on the surface of the lip balm causes a white film (wax bloom). This does not affect the use of lipstick. Simply place the lip balm in a warm place or use a hair dryer to blow it gently at a distance of 30 cm can restore the original shape.
-Lip balm is primarily composed of oils, waxes, and other ingredients that are not conducive to the growth of harmful bacteria or microorganisms. Additionally, lip balm is typically applied to the lips, which have a relatively low risk of infection compared to more sensitive areas such as skin, open wounds or mucous membranes. Therefore, lip balm does not necessarily need to be produced under complete sterile conditions. While it is important for lip balm production to maintain cleanliness and adhere to good producing practices.
-All cases and utensils used for making the lip balm have been disinfected with ozone and ultraviolet equipment. Professional lab coats, shoe covers and disposable exam gloves are worn during the production process, along with hair caps to prevent hair from falling.
-If you are looking for a natural lip balm produced under sterile conditions, this is not suitable for you.
